The Aquagizer is at work in Northwest Arkansas at a very large commercial egg laying facility. Before the Aquagizer, the facility consistently had problems with the cool cell pads clogging due to excessive amounts of algae and calcium build–up. After we placed the Aquagizer on the cool cell pads water supply‚ the 800ft house with the Aquagizer only took 30 fans to obtain the target temperature‚ where as the neighboring house without the Aquagizer took 50 fans to obtain the same temperature! Treatment included spacing four 2” units along the length of the house. A review of the electrical usage alone justified the decision to place the Aquagizer on the remaining cool cell pads. The same facility chose to place the Aquagizer on the water supply that was feeding the chickens. The leaking drinkers stopped leaking! The eggshells were actually thicker which is beneficial to shipping and handling.
